SEDE is committed to a certification process for its activities, in order to meet the needs of its customers, whether they are industrialists, farmers or communities.

Our quality management system is based on a series of processes and operating procedures allow us to implement our quality approach.

Our approach is assessed on the basis of a satisfaction survey among our customers, whether they are users or producers.

Each quality objective is monitored by indicators. Each year, SEDE measures the satisfaction of its customers (waste producers and product users).

  • Scheduling of regular meetings, with a comprehensive agenda, on the various channels, systematically validated action plans and reports.
  • Transmission of all technical and regulatory documents with validation and permanent exchanges to improve the traceability of the supply chains.

 

Complaints

Any complaints, written or oral, made by our customers, administrations, local residents, mayors, etc., give rise to a root cause analysis in order to take effective action to avoid any recurrence of the reported malfunction.

 

Recognition of our performance by certification bodies

 

Complies with ISO 9001 of 2015 and ISO 14001 of 2015 standards

Every year, AFAQ audits the QMS for compliance with ISO 9001 standards. No deviation has been detected during the annual follow-up audits for the past 3 years.

In 2018, SEDE's ISO 9001 version 2015 and ISO 14001 version 2015 certifications were renewed by AFAQ (certifying body) for a period of 3 years.

 

 

Qualicert Service Certification (SGS)

Currently, the Qualicert certified sectors are: SIAAP, Méry-sur-Oise and Neuilly-sur-Marne.

The standard used for the agricultural spreading of recycled fertiliser materials is a commitment to results based on compliance with 37 certified characteristics.

These characteristics are based mainly on the consideration of the

regulations, product and soil tests, product destination traceability, transparency and communication between the different stakeholders, validation of the skills of the personnel assigned and the training courses taken.

 

 

MASE Certification

SEDE has a MASE certification for its activity as a Liquid Treatment Unit.
